Executives of Meteora, the issuer of MELANIA, are accused of organizing the token issuance knowing that a sharp drop would occur. On January 19, the day before Trump took office as President of the United States, the Meme coin MELANIA was issued at a low price of a few cents per coin, then soared to $13.73, currently trading at less than one percent of its peak price. Investors accuse executives of Meteora, the initial platform for the Meme coin MELANIA, of planning a scheme to sell off and make huge profits while causing the price to plummet.
