UK&'s ClearBank plans to join Circle Payments Network

 cloud-based clearing bank ClearBank plans to join the Circle Payments Network (CPN), connecting its cloud-native banking platform with Circle's blockchain infrastructure to accelerate cross-border payment speeds and provide access to regulated stablecoins. This move comes after the UK-based clearing bank reached a new strategic agreement with Circle Internet Group (the issuer of USDC and EURC stablecoins). ClearBank will be one of the first European banks to join CPN, allowing customers to transfer global funds at close to real-time speeds while maintaining regulatory transparency.
