American investor Louis Navellier stated in a report that the recent comprehensive decline in US Treasury yields indicates that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates. Navellier expects the Fed to cut interest rates at the meetings on October 29 and December 10, with the market expecting a 97% chance of a 25 basis point rate cut in October and a 94% chance of another 25 basis point rate cut in December.
